The Six Pillars emerged from a multivocal systematic literature review of academic and grey literature on RevOps, validated against thirteen senior practitioner interviews. The pillars are: structure (organisational form), nature of work (strategic and operational), drivers (alignment, integration, collaboration), audience (sales, marketing, customer success, adjacent GTM), resources (data, systems, processes, enablement), and outcomes (revenue, profitability, productivity, customer experience). Together they form the foundation of the canonical RevOps definition and serve as a diagnostic framework for assessing whether a RevOps implementation is comprehensive.
