Empirically derived from a cross-functional survey of GTM stakeholders and tested using ordinal partial least squares structural equation modelling, the RevOps Value Chain shows that resources (data and insights, systems, processes, enablement) drive integration mechanisms (alignment, integration, collaboration), which in turn produce business outcomes (revenue, profitability, productivity, customer experience). The model explains 56.5% of the variance in drivers and 67% of the variance in outcomes, which is a substantial result for perceptual social-science research. It provides the first structural pathway linking RevOps inputs to organisational value creation.
