The Outcomes pillar specifies what RevOps is trying to achieve. Three of the four outcomes—revenue growth, profitability, and productivity—show strong stakeholder consensus, with median agreement scores at the top of the scale. The fourth outcome, customer experience, shows much weaker consensus, with only about a third of stakeholders connecting RevOps work to it. This divergence is the customer experience blindspot finding, and it is one of the most important strategic gaps in current RevOps practice.
