Drawing on practitioner interviews, the RevOps Continuum captures the observation that RevOps work does not stop at deployment. It oscillates continuously between execution—running the day-to-day operating system of the revenue motion—and enablement—building the people, capabilities, processes, and tooling that allow the revenue functions to perform. Treating RevOps as a continuum rather than a project corrects a common implementation mistake where firms staff RevOps for build but not for run, or for run but not for build, leading to either capability decay or operational firefighting.
